The Dutch were with Mr Balkenende the equalivant of Blair in the UK. The strong and compelling desire to follow American into sometimes illegal action and invasions is how we arrived at crisis in the Netherlands
The focus on people versus environments is what American law enforcement does- which often results in profiling and other types of labeling. Innocent people are harassed. This includes the political profiling of air passengers, which appears to be going on unabated. Let’s work for an end to “no fly” and “selectee” lists, which are tempting political harassment tools – and move to secure airplanes from harmful instrumentality.
